Business Meetings & Corporate Events
The Imperial Centre, Theatre, Studio Theatre, Fiber Studio, Art Studio and Museum Classrooms serve as perfect settings for banquets, educational forums, business meetings, conferences and seminars. There are spaces for smaller, private meetings as well as spaces for groups as large as 300. The Fiber Studio or the Friends with Heart Classroom are perfect for that private board meeting. The Main Common Area is the ultimate banquet facility for a maximum of 200 people.

Parties, Reunions, Wedding Receptions & Rehearsal Dinners
The Imperial Centre, the Theatre Lobby, Theatre Terrace, Sculpture Courtyard and Museum Courtyard are beautiful settings for parties, reunions, wedding receptions or rehearsal dinners. A unique historic building, the Imperial Centre is an affordable option for any event. The Theatre Lobby is a warm and intimate setting for any reception for a maximum of 100 people. Large or small, casual or formal, the Imperial Centre is a wonderful place to have your next celebration.

How do I make reservations?

Can anyone make a reservation?
Yes. Facilities are available to the public.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance. You will need to check for availability for your event date.

Can I see the rental space before I book it?
The special events coordinator is available by appointment for a tour of the facility.

Do we have to hire a caterer?
For special events, you will need to hire a caterer. For meetings, we have a menu selection for self-serve breakfast or lunch.

Do you serve alcohol?
Bar or cash bar must be provided by renter with prior approval.

What is the maximum number of people your facility can accommodate?
It varies. We have a variety of settings that can hold different numbers of people. We can accommodate as many as 350 people in one space.

Do you provide tables & chairs?
Table & chair rental are available for a nominal fee.

Do you allow smoking?
It is allowed in designated outside areas.

Is parking available?
Yes. There is ample free parking.
